Initial 5-month agreement, then month-to-month. $50 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within the 5-month period. Automatic monthly payments keep your membership active. 24-hour appointment cancellation policy applies. Cancel anytime after the agreement period with no penalty or fees. Benefits cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Wellbeing Therapeutic Spa reserves the right to amend membership terms or cancel any membership with 30 days written notice.
