When should I arrive for my spa appointment?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any intake forms, change, and begin relaxing before your treatment.

What is the cancellation policy at Wellbeing Therapeutic Spa?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a charge of 100% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Do you offer gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase at both locations and online. They make a wonderful gift for any occasion and never expire.

Are your massage therapists licensed?

Absolutely. All of our massage therapists and estheticians are fully licensed and undergo ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest techniques.

What should I wear to my spa appointment?

Accepted Answer

You will be provided with a robe and slippers. For most treatments, you will undress to your comfort level — our therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy at all times.
